Role Summary

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of dtcforce by selling our unique Implementation as a Service (dtc+) solution to businesses. This is a high-impact, commission-based role where your earnings are directly tied to your success. Key Responsibilities

Prospect and Identify Clients: Research and target potential clients who can benefit from dtc+’s Salesforce implementation services.

Pitch and Sell dtc+: Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of dtc+’s comprehensive, end-to-end solution.

Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed an annual sales target

Build Client Relationships: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster

trust and identify future opportunities.

Requirements

● Graduate of a recognized Canadian university or college (degree or diploma).
● Looking for early-career professionals with 2-8 years of experience, typically aligned with individuals in their early to mid-career stages.
● Previous sales experience (e.g., internships, part-time, or full-time roles).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
● Ability to learn and explain technical concepts related to Salesforce.
● Passion for helping businesses succeed through technology.

Compensation

● 10% commission on all sales.
● Potential earnings of $300,000 per year
● No base salary – this is a purely commission-based role designed for high performers.
