Business Operations Intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Follow up with warm leads submitted via our website or referral channels
• Assist with scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians
• Monitor and manage company inbox and assist with prioritizing key tasks
• Support with payroll entry, invoicing, and document organization
• Maintain organized records of customer communications and job updates
• Help identify ways to improve systems and efficiency as we grow

Skills

• Prior experience in customer service, admin, dispatch, or office management preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Jobber
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Marine industry knowledge is a plus but not required

Pay: $15.50 - $22.69 per hour
